Luxury spacious Victorian 1 bed garden apartment, lovingly renovated with a personal touch from my husband and I. Situated in the stunning location of Alum Chine, where I have fond childhood memories having grown up in this area. The property benefits from direct access to a treelined walk leading to award winning blue flag sandy beaches & restaurants. The chine also leads to the pretty village of Westbourne, where you'll find artisan coffee shops, lively bars & restaurants. The space Pull up to your designated parking space on the forecourt of this beautifully appointed Victorian house. The pathway to the right of the building brings you to the private rear garden entrance (up a small set of 6 steps) entering into a well equip modern kitchen with dishwasher, Gusto coffee machine, hob and combination oven. There's a small table and stools to perch for a morning coffee or a bite to eat. Dual access leads to a cosy lounge with garden views extending onto views of the wooded chine. There's a comfy sofa, coffee table and a flat screen smart TV with Netflix and other apps for you to log onto. WiFi is exceptionally good within the apartment too. The lounge leads onto large double bedroom with King size bed and luxury linens, plenty of hanging space and a dressing table and mirror. Hair drier, ironing board and iron are also provided. Through the corridor there's a fabulous modern shower room, with a back lit heated mirror and heated towel rail. Luxury bath and hand towels, bath mat and hand soaps are supplied. The thermostatic central heating system is more than adequate with instant hot water and warmth to the radiators within minutes. Guest access There's a dedicated parking space to the front right hand side of the building, with side access leading to a private garden area to the rear of property. During the afternoon and into the evening this is a lovely sun trap to enjoy on the rattan sofa and foot stool provided. Adjacent to your garden is the communal access gate to the Chine. Follow this path to the right, leading down to the main chine path and direct access the beach. This route can be slippery during wet periods, and tight access when overgrown. There are 2 alternative routes to the Chine... the easiest is to turn left out of the front of the house, take the left pathway at the bottom of the road and follow the steps. For a more adventurous route, turn right out of the front, and right again at the top of the road and look out for the pathway on the right, taking you down through the valley behind the houses. Other things to note King Size Bed, Luxury Linen, Smart TV, Off Road Parking, Direct Chine Access... The neighbouring garden is not fully gated from yours, so if visiting with your pouch please ensure to keep them on a lead in the garden and around the property. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed into the bedroom.
