Guest access The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, for your safety and convenience, the parking is rotating, one vehicle per apartment, the condominium has 2 social elevators and 1 cargo/service elevator, a complete gym, to access just pick up the key at the concierge, the pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the barbecue is in the pool area and must be scheduled at the concierge, and laundry once a week up to two washes. Other things to note In this apartment, electricity is charged separately. The energy is marked by photo or marker at the time of check-in and again at check-out. The amount charged is R$ 1.5 kw. A security deposit of R$ 25.00 per day of stay is charged upon check-in. If the amount consumed is greater or less than the security deposit, it will be settled with the broker at check-out. When leaving, keep the windows closed, air conditioning and lights off.
