Welcome to White Oak Vacation Rental. We are happy to share our home with you. Our home has everything one would need for an amazing stay on the central coast. We are walking distance to restraunts with many wineries and the beach nearby. Our outdoor space is simply the best. The outdoor kitchen, dining and living room along with a private hot tub and above ground pool is great. Inside, the house is simple and clean. it is very comfortable and easy to relax in. Enjoy your stay! The space Our home has everything one would need for an amazing stay on the central coast. Our home is cozy and comfortable. The living room and dinning nook connect to the kitchen for a great place to visit and entertain. The bar stools are perfect for keeping the chef company as they cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and other cooking necessities. The gally style kitchen leads to the back yard. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. This room has black out curtains. There is a private deck that leads to the hot tub. The master bathroom is updated and so fancy you will not want to leave. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as single bunk beds. There is a couch for lounging and a 65 inch TV with use of the Fire TV, PS4 and Wii. In this room there is also a desk for your office needs. Geckly our leopard gecko is also in this room. She is very quite and shy. Our outside space is the best. We have an outdoor kitchen, dining and living room areas for your outdoor living needs. The Kitchen has a Traeger, Gas BBQ, Blackstone flat top griddle and a sink. A patio table can easily fit 6 people. The outdoor couch and chairs are perfect for relaxing. We also have a 60 inch outdoor TV. The 10x16 above ground pool is perfect for a float on a hot day. The 4 person hot tub is always hot and ready for a soak. Easy to enjoy our amazing weather here on the central coast with our outdoor space. White Oak the perfect place for your whole family to relax even the ones with fur. Our yard is fenced with room to run and play. There is a doggie door located off the master bedroom for easy pet access that can accommodate a medium sized dog. (12" tall by 9" wide) Guest access Keypad lock to access. Guest have access to the whole house and back yard. Driveway parking as well as on street is avalible. Property has a private above ground pool and hot tub. (no access to the garage, 1 room or owners cupboards.) Other things to note White Oak is pet friendly with a pet deposit. We ask that you clean up accidents as you would at your own home. Please notify us of any incident that might need further attention. We do have a bee hive on the property. It is out of the way and minds its own business if you mind your own business. Please keep your distance and do not go near the bee box. The bee box is in the front yard. Washer and Dryer is available for your use. We also have multiple clothing lines to dry pool/hot tub towels. White Oak does have some aloe plants and pokey cactuses. They are mostly in the front yard we but do have a few planters in the back yard. The garage, 1 bedroom and some cabinates in the house are locked with owners items. Please respect our privacy.
