All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor; climbing stairs is a must in this house. 2. Entirely fenced unit with private entrance. 3. Two AC units, one in the living room, one in the main bedroom. The guest bedroom does not have an AC unit, but it has a standing fan and heaters. First floor: living room, open-concept kitchen, dining area, and access to a private patio. Second floor: two bedrooms; two bathrooms; no outdoor access. Main En-suite: king-size mattress, with a bathroom featuring a standing shower head. Guest bedroom: queen-size mattress. Guest bathroom: shower tub. 3. Patio space: A relatively small and elongated patio space about 30sqft. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES NOTES: a. Triple Sheets Method The Triple Sheet Method is a bedding technique that offers a high level of cleanliness, comfort. All three flat sheets will be laundered between each guest, ensuring it's fresh and clean. b. Electric water tank Once the hot water in the tank is used up, it takes time to heat more, especially during winter time. If the demand for hot water exceeds the tank's capacity, there might be a wait for it to heat more water, causing inconvenience. Best way to prevent hot water shortages is by spacing out shower schedules and limiting the duration of hot showers. c. Air Conditioning Avoid running the air conditioning system in both heating and cooling modes simultaneously for the upstairs and downstairs areas. This can potentially damage the AC unit and reduce its overall lifespan. d. Staircase Both bathrooms and bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house, therefore you must climb stairs living in this house. HOUSE RULES --------------------------------------------------------- a. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. b. Quiet Hours After 10 PM: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm. c. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment. Please be mindful of the tranquility of our neighborhood and ensure cleanliness throughout your stay. d. No Shoes Inside: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house. Complimentary slippers are provided for your comfort. Please use them to keep the house clean and cozy. e. No Pets: We do not permit pets on the property. Please make arrangements for your furry friends elsewhere. f. Clean the Kitchen After Each Usage: To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please clean the kitchen thoroughly after each use. This includes washing dishes, wiping down countertops, and disposing of food waste properly. g. Leave All Items Inside: Feel free to use all items provided for your convenience, but do not remove them. Missing items will be charged at their original price. h. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-ins are subject to availability. If you need to drop off luggage before check-in, please contact us in advance. i. Trash Disposal: Sort trash and dispose of it in the designated bins. Recyclables should go in the recycling bin. Help us keep the environment clean. j. Same Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please contact the host for available check-in times. k. Lost & Found: Ensure you have all your personal belongings before departure. A $50 handling fee applies for shipped items. l. No Mailbox Access: Mailbox access is not provided except for long-term stays. Guests are responsible for package deliveries, and hosts are not liable for lost or inaccessible packages. m. Security Camera Accessibility: Please be mindful of our security cameras, which are in place to ensure your safety and the security of the property.
