We ourselves have lived in several countries and have gathered inspiration and experiences on many trips. Completed in October 2022, the apartments were renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail and style. New professional tasks do not allow us to have enough time to make sufficient use of this beautiful property. We have therefore decided to offer it to other people who are looking for a special vacation home. In our holiday house, history meets modernity. During the renovation, we made sure that our house was converted to the most modern standards and under the latest energetic aspects. Comfortable heat is provided by environmentally friendly organic mass heating, and all windows and doors have been renewed. The studio and house are equipped with new floors and high quality bathrooms and up to date. All furniture is new and comfortable. The new box spring beds with comfortable mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. When modernizing, we made sure that as many original elements as possible, such as beamed ceilings, trusses, and other wooden structures, have been extensively worked out and preserved. We love good food and good wine, so our kitchen equipment, dishes and glasses are also very high quality. We ask our guests to handle it with care. The paved extensive outdoor spaces are equipped with very good garden furniture. In front of our house are four parking spaces - three for the house and one for the studio. A charging station for electric cars will be installed in May There are bike racks and outdoor sockets for the shop of e-bikes. Some green spaces can't be completed until May due to the weather. Our domicile has been awarded with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Guest access Our house with a floor area of about 110 square meters consists of three floors. On the ground floor is the house entrance with hallway, the kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace, a bathroom and a relaxation room. On the first floor is a spacious lounge area, for chilling or television, as well as the second bathroom. Via a half-walled staircase, you reach the upper floor with the two bedrooms. Other things to note We are animal lovers in our Sonnenlay Lounge and the studio, unfortunately we can't allow pets. For guests with pets, we recommend our apartment in the neighboring house, "In der Lay 6a". Here we can accommodate up to 6 guests and allow pets.
