Each bedroom has a queen bed (14 inch memory foam medium firmness). Two bedrooms on the main level with a full bath, living room and full kitchen and dining combo. One bedroom on the lower walk-out level with another full bath, family room with a full bed and kitchenette. The house sleeps seven people + 1 child may sleep on a couch. The pier goes in by Memorial Day and is removed early October. Other things to note We do verify the number of guests arriving via exterior security cameras. Any unregistered guests will be asked to leave.
