Olea residence private villa is part of a recently built residence in Drymades, one the most scenic villages on the riviera: crystal clear waters, stunning weather and impressive views on Mount Cika. The villa has direct access to the beach, it's minutes away from Drymades highlife and offers a perfect base to discover the region. It can welcome up to 7 people (8 if one sleeps on the couch) and offers vast inside and outside space and is fully air conditioned. 2 free parking spaces available. The space The space The villa is semi detached with fully fenced garden and a patio with partial sea view. Ground floor includes large living area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. First floor includes three rooms, two balconies and a bathroom. Guest access The villa has 2 free parking spaces. Best is to park the car and get around walking. The residence has a direct access to the beach. We also offer two private sun umbrellas and 4 deckchairs for our guests. Bars, restaurants, and convenience stores are just a few minutes away.
