Hattie's is an entire apt. above once Jung and River’s Mercantile (1850s) combining comfy old and new, with a touch of Luxemburg history. The space Our 800 square foot 2nd floor flat with its own private entrance, is newly refinished and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, and the living room has a full murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper (all with quality memory foam mattresses). If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware for you. Or, just wake up to a fresh cup of Nespresso, and enjoy breakfast/lunch any day of the week next door at our favorite 5-star rated cafe—Bonnie Rae's. In the summer, sip and take in the hilltop views from the outdoor mini bar-top and bistro table. For a convenient dinner, drive 10 minutes through the hillsides, and you'll find Eagle View Bar & Grill in Minneiska, or a broad selection of restaurants in nearby Winona. Parking is available in front of Hattie’s Place and the building. Covered parking is available in winter. Private parking for vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., is also available in our private drive upon request. Please reach out to us if you would like to make arrangements for private parking. Rollingstone is a community of 700, with Luxemburg heritage beginning in the 1850’s. Native American sites existed in the area as well. On your way, along both sides of The River, take in the scenic bluff country, waters-to-woods views, and unique stops along the way. Guest access We offer digital keyless check-in. We can provide key access, if this is needed please call us. Free parking is available in front of Hattie’s Place and the building. Off-street private parking for vehicles, trailers and boats is available upon request. Covered parking is available in winter. Apologies we have no elevator, and pets are not allowed. Groceries can be ordered/delivered from Winona HyVee by appointment (See HyVee app, search Aisles Online Delivery Services) or basics can be found within 5 minutes at nearby Cenex or KwikTrip. The storefront below now operates as a quiet local business office space. As owners, we live next door.
