Located in a small village with a long agricultural tradition, Torre Lolita is an elegant mid-20th-century house that has been carefully updated while preserving its original character and history, following ecological and environmentally friendly principles. Set on an impressive private 7,000 m² estate, the house can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a unique setting where you can enjoy nature, privacy and wonderful views of the surrounding area. Modern comforts: TV, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, saltwater swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis table, billiard table, outdoor barbecue, vegetable garden, two indoor garage parking spaces and a maintenance person available for any needs during your stay. Functional and stylish spaces: 3 double bedrooms: One is located on the main floor and has a private en-suite bathroom, while two large double bedrooms are located upstairs. 2 full indoor bathrooms: One private en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom shared by the upstairs bedrooms. The property also has 2 additional full outdoor bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen: With all the necessary kitchenware and high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven, allowing you to comfortably prepare your favourite meals. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and to the communal areas shared with the residents of the property. Swimming pool: • Do not use the lift/elevator with wet shoes or wet clothing • Smoking and drinking are not permitted in the pool area • Any inappropriate behaviour reported by neighbours may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation Parking: • Free parking is available on a nearby street Other things to note Tourist Tax: Before arrival, all guests must obligatorily complete the online registration process (check-in), in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October concerning the registration of travellers. This process includes: • Submission of the details of all occupants of the property • Signing of the accommodation agreement • Payment of the applicable tourist tax In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, the tourist tax applies to all persons over 16 years of age, per person and per night, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay. Payment of this tax is made as part of the traveller registration process and must be paid by bank card. The total amount may include any applicable bank fees or charges associated with the transaction. Completion of this procedure is mandatory in order to access the accommodation. Voluntary failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. The standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you arrive at the property between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, a €20 surcharge will apply. This amount must be paid in cash upon key handover and must be requested in advance. If check-in takes place after 10:00 pm, a €50 surcharge will apply. We ask our guests to use energy responsibly during their stay. If the average utility consumption during the reservation is exceeded, the property reserves the right to request payment from the guests of the difference between the average amount and the actual consumption.
