The space In a small village with a long agricultural tradition is Torre Lolita, a mid-twentieth century house updated respecting its character and age with ecological and environmentally friendly criteria. Our impressive and elegant house has a total capacity of up to 8 people, located on a 7,000m2 farm where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. The interior of the house is built on 2 floors. In the main one, which is accessed from the entrance, we find 1 double room, with private bathroom en suite, the fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, the necessary high-end appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven) and with dining area and two living rooms: one with dining table and television and another smaller one with fireplace and billiard table. On the upper floor there are 2 large double bedrooms and a full bathroom for common use between 2 bedrooms. Located just 10 minutes from the city of Lleida; 4 km from the village of Alcoletge, equipped with all services, both supply and sanitary; just 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Josep Tarradellas airport of Barcelona; 15 minutes from the Alguaire airport and 15 minutes from the Ave station of Lleida.
