The space In a small village with a long agricultural tradition is Torre Lolita, a mid-twentieth century house updated respecting its character and age with ecological and environmentally friendly criteria. Our impressive and elegant house has a total capacity of up to 8 people, located on a 7,000m2 farm where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. The interior of the house is built on 2 floors. In the main one, which is accessed from the entrance, we find 1 double room, with private bathroom en suite, the fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, the necessary high-end appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven) and with dining area and two living rooms: one with dining table and television and another smaller one with fireplace and billiard table. On the upper floor there are 2 large double bedrooms and a full bathroom for common use between 2 bedrooms. Located just 10 minutes from the city of Lleida; 4 km from the village of Alcoletge, equipped with all services, both supply and sanitary; just 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Josep Tarradellas airport of Barcelona; 15 minutes from the Alguaire airport and 15 minutes from the Ave station of Lleida. Payment of the tourist tax is made as part of the online check-in process and must be completed by bank card. The total amount may include any applicable banking fees or transaction charges. Completion of this process is mandatory in order to access the accommodation. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. The standard check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If arrival takes place between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., a €20 late check-in fee will apply.
