Great stop on the way to Yellowstone Park or Jackson Hole. Walk to the waterfalls, Riverwalk, the Japanese Friendship Garden or downtown. Sweet Sage House is everything you have been looking for! Pack and Play and pet bed and bowls available! There is an actively recording audio and video doorbell camera located at the front door for security. Two way audio possible between Owner and anyone ringing the bell. Camera faces public outside space and there are no cameras located anywhere else. Cleanliness in this home is our top priority. Everything is washed and disinfected in anticipation of your arrival. We are so happy to host you! This property is considered a duplex. There are two homes on the property. Guests have the private home located on the ground level. Guests have a total of two private entrances and their own private fenced yard for their furry friends. The fence is chain link in the front and there is a solid fence in the back separating the downstairs yard from yours. There is a small driveway parking spot that is pretty steep located to the left of the home ( if you are facing the house from the street). To the right of the building and around the corner, is the entrance for the second home located at basement level under the Sweet Sage House. It is currently not occupied and being renovated for future its own Airbnb guests. Please be observant and aware of quiet hours from 10pm-7am so we can help keep the neighbors happy. Easy, self check in with a keypad at the front of the building. Host will be available for anything you need prior to your check in and during your stay! If there is something that can be done to make your visit more enjoyable please let us know! Peaceful. Quiet part of older Idaho Falls, ID. Close to downtown and main attractions! Long term tenants downstairs are friendly if you happen to run into them (which is unlikely). We love hosting all our guests and expect them to have fun and feel relaxed and comfortable during their stay. Expect to hear fireworks for a few weeks leading up to July 4th in this neighborhood, and on the first and last games of the Chukars baseball season. No smoking in the unit, drugs or parties please and thank you! Extra cleaning fee $200 -$500 will be charged for excessive damages/cleaning time and or if there is cigarette/marijuana smoke in the unit.
