The bungalow is 992 square feet with 2 adorable bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms with designer tiles and fixtures. It has a seamless, functional and spacious open-concept living room | dining room | kitchen with all brand new EVERYTING. Literally every surface was touched and reimagined during the extensive renovation of this historic bungalow to make it shine again like the GEM that it is! We partnered with world renowned local artist, ERIN HANSON, to feature her art throughout the bungalow and have used emerald green, gem colored accents to compliment and blend cohesively with her vibrant, beautiful, intoxicating paintings. Erin is famous for her open impressionism style of art and has an amazing studio in McMinnville. Her art really sets the bungalow apart from other vacation rentals and lodging choices. It is magical and mesmerizing!!! As you enter our bungalow, it's hard to miss the LARGE covered, all season front porch that has 2 sets of French doors giving it the look of a refined Southern home.
