This unique property includes 2 guesthouses, quiet & secluded on private grounds with a large sparkling pool (heated upon request at extra cost), hot-tub, pergola, grill and fire-pit. Our space is ideal for those seeking a clean, peaceful retreat just minutes from SWU, parks, dining, bars, and shopping at Downtown Georgetown Square! Nearby outdoor activities include Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail & Lake Georgetown to hike/bike/walk/fish/swim or relax! The space -Guesthouse 1 (Pool-house) is a detached single level 2 bed 2 bath guesthouse. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a seating area, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric griddle, coffee maker, and sink. It also features an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a separate entrance for added convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a separate entrance. Both rooms are connected by a door that can be locked, providing flexibility for groups while maintaining privacy -Guesthouse 2 (Poolside Retreat) is a detached 1 bed 1 bath guesthouse on the 2nd floor. The open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming space, with a pull-out couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Step onto the expansive balcony that runs the length of the building, providing stunning views of the pool and backyard—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The spacious bedroom features a king bed, a comfortable seating area with a couch, and direct access to the balcony. A full bathroom with a tub/shower completes this charming retreat. Guest access You'll have access to both of the guesthouses for you and your guests. The entire backyard amenities, like the pool and hot tub will be exclusively for you. Other things to note Please Note Before Booking This property is currently listed for sale. In the event that a property showing is scheduled during your stay, we will provide as much advance notice as possible once we are informed of the appointment. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We will make every effort to minimize any disruption to your stay. ——— There are two guest-homes, each unit has a sleeping capacity of 4 guests (8 total). For hosting parties or events, please inquire for prior approval. The Hot-Tub is heated by request at no additional charge between 6pm-10pm. Heating the pool requires pre-payment and 24 hours notice. The Hot-Tub is controlled remotely by our phone so please give us either an hour notice or a time-frame you wish to have it on. It does automatically turn itself off after some time so if you plan to get in at another time than originally requested please let us know so we can monitor the temperature. -During outdoor temperatures below 40 degrees fahrenheit, the Hot-Tub cannot be turned on due to a safety switch.
