The space As soon as you step foot in this beautiful and quaint home, you're welcomed by a very stylish comfortable living area. The design is very inviting, but you will also notice luxury finishes providing the most comfortable stay for you and your group. NOTE: The property requires stairs to access the house, and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Retreat to 3 bedrooms, which feature 5-star resort comforts that allow you the comfortable rest you deserve. Note: you must walk through the bunk room to reach the 3rd bedroom. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. *** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. *** ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.*** ***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.*** ***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM.
