The space The farmhouse offers a very spacious front patio which provide many seatings! A fire pit and gas stove outside will surely fit all your outdoor cooking needs. Please bring your own wood for the firepit. We also have modern farmhouse style dining area inside with 10 seats and a full kitchen for your gathering. - 4 bedrooms, with 1 large master bed, offer a total of 7 beds. - Kitchen with coffee maker, blender, air fryer, toaster, and lots of big pots and saucepans. - 3 full bathrooms - 4 TVs - Foosball table, dart game and pingpong - Fire-pit, charcoal grill - Starlink satellite high speed internet. - Plenty of parking spaces for your big gathering! Guest access You can enjoy the house, all green areas and the pond in front of it. However, please respect other areas as we have some helpers living there (but they are of course far from the house). Other things to note - Pet fee $75. 4 pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund - Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. - No smoking, illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. - Extra cleaning fee will be applied when the house was left too dirty and linens are stained. - Animal Safety & Liability This property is an active ranch with live animals on-site. Interaction with animals is entirely at the guest’s discretion and risk. By choosing to enter animal areas or engage with the animals, guests assume full responsibility for any injury or incident that may occur. Children must be supervised at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions or posted rules may result in removal from animal areas. The host and property owner disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
