Gatlinburg Arts and Craft Community 5 minutes from the cabin. Downtown Only 8 miles to downtown the Gatlinburg Convention Center and the same distance to the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. Village Gatlinburg Mountain Village in downtown Gatlinburg is within a 10 minute drive. Ski in/Ski out Less than 12 miles to Ober Gatlinburg. Bear's Repeating has year around access (unless extremely heavy snow/ice) by way of Manis Hollow (neither too winding nor too steep). From 'Bears Repeating' to Gatlinburg, take right onto Powdermill from Manis Hallow and you are in the Arts and Crafts Community on Glades Road in three minutes; another eight minutes and you will be in downtown Gatlinburg. From Bears Repeating to Pigeon Forge, take a left onto Powdermill from Manis Hallow. Powdermill will turn into Booger Town Road, and in 4.5 miles you will run into Dolly Parton Lane. From there you will be in Pigeon Forge in five minutes or Dollywood and Splash Country in ten. Traveling by car (your own or rented) is super easy and the cabin has nice, flat paved parking. If you prefer for someone else to do the driving, there are taxis, Uber, and Lyft available in the Gatlinburg area. OCUPANCY 12 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) PRIVATE PARKING: The cabin has parking space for 3 cars easily right in front of the cabin but more cars can fit if you park strategically ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay throughout the cabin. The TV room has a 65 inch streaming smart tv, great for family movies or ballgames; upstairs Family Room has a 40 inch streaming smart tv. Streaming smart TVs are also in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc... BEDROOMS There are 4 bedrooms which accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The two queen sofa sleepers can sleep four more people. Two king master suites, a queen suite, queen over queen bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, along with two queen sofa sleepers; perfect for multiple or large families. The upstairs master honeymoon suite has its own double Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. KITCHEN A dining table with benches in the kitchen, two picnic tables on the main deck, log rockers, and a fully equipped kitchen provide for wonderful space for family gatherings. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker. Eight adults can comfortably sit around the log table in the kitchen, and another four stools are available in the Pool Table Game Room. Seating for twelve around two picnic tables on main deck. We have an extra table and a storage chest for dishes, etc... as the kitchen itself has limited countertop space and shelving. LAUNDRY Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out HOT TUB The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! GAMES Pool Table. Please note pool table room is tight on sides (see pictures) so you may have to angle on shots from the side. Arcade Games. Large screen Multicade with 60 games (just added!). SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front entrance for your safety. Ring camera turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely No Smoking Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Travel insurance is recommended.
