The cabin is very comfortable for 8, but you can sleep up to 12 by using the two queen sofa sleepers. ★ No pets allowed ★ Bears are dangerous ★ Absolutely No Smoking ★ Private HOT TUB on gazebo ★ Private park style charcoal grill off the driveway Guest access You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself. Other things to note ★ OCUPANCY 12 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) ★ PRIVATE PARKING: The cabin has parking space for 3 cars easily in front of the cabin but more cars can fit if you park strategically. ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour ★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay throughout the cabin. The TV room has a 65 inch streaming smart tv, great for family movies or ballgames; upstairs Family Room has a 40 inch streaming smart tv. Streaming smart TVs are also in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc... ★ BEDROOMS There are 4 bedrooms which accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The two queen sofa sleepers can sleep two to four more people. Two king master suites, a queen suite, queen over queen bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, along with two queen sofa sleepers; perfect for multiple or large families. ★ KITCHEN A dining table with benches in the kitchen, two picnic tables on the main deck, log rockers, and a fully equipped kitchen provide for wonderful space for family gatherings. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker. Eight adults can comfortably sit around the log table in the kitchen, and another four stools are available in the Pool Table Game Room. Seating for twelve around two picnic tables on main deck. We have an extra table and a storage chest for dishes, etc... as the kitchen itself has limited countertop space and shelving. ★ LAUNDRY Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron ★ AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out. ★TRASH Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick up. An additional trash pickup can be coordinated for an additional $25 fee. There are convenience centers for trash drop off. The closest location is 3350 Birds Creek Road Sevierville, TN which is roughly a 10 minute drive. It is open Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please message us if you need a mid-stay trash pickup. ★ HOT TUB The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! ★ GAMES Pool Table. Please note pool table room is tight on sides (see pictures) so you may have to angle on shots from the side. Arcade Games. Large screen Multicade with 60 games in bunk room. ★ SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front entrance for your safety. There are no indoor cameras. ★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave ★ Absolutely No Smoking ★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages. ★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Languages English
