Lake Top Cottage - New Reno

This newly renovated cottage with a separate bunkhouse is a great spot for family and friends to gather. On top of a small blueberry knoll that catches the summer breeze just right, it is a short walk to this private enclave's community access point on Clary Lake. Lake Top Cottage is located in Maine's idyllic mid-coast region. Jefferson is a small rural town with working farms and an Amish community. It is a twenty-minute drive to both the scenic coast and the state capital, Augusta. The space All travelers are welcome. We support diversity and inclusion. Lake Top Cottage is located in rural country, on top of a small wild blueberry hill. There are quiet neighbors nearby and access to Clary Lake is approximately 500 ft down the hill from the cottage. The cottage entrance has shallow, wide cement steps and a covered porch. In the warmer months you will find a gas grill and outdoor chairs here, that may be used on the lawn. Upon entry, you will find a dining area for four to your left and a living area with a pull-out couch to your right. This space also has two accent chairs, a coffee table, a desk, a smart tv, and a thermostat propane heater that looks like a wood stove. The kitchen is off the dining area. It is equipped with a gas range, pots, pans, a lobster pot, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, a microwave, blender, bowls, cutting boards, utensils, dinnerware, oil, salt, and pepper. The main bedroom has a queen bed and dresser, and a luggage rack. The bedding is 100% percale cotton with a bedspread and down duvet. There is one bathroom and it has a walk-in shower and large vanity. Bath towels and beach towels are provided. The detached bunkhouse is a separate structure next to the cottage. It has a small deck off the front of it and a propane heater as its heat source. The bunkbed has a twin mattress on the top bunk and a full mattress on the bottom bunk. The bathroom is in the main cottage. The cottage has a washer, dryer, vacuum, mop, broom etc. At the water's edge, there is a dock and a blue Old Town canoe for use. There are inflatable floats for fun in the water. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cottage and bunkhouse. The waters edge is a community access point for all that live within the small enclave. It is not often used by community members. and there is plenty of room. Other things to note The detached bunkhouse is a separate building that houses the bunk beds. The only bathroom is in the main house. The bedding is made from natural materials. The sheets are percale cotton. The queen bed has a down duvet. The bunkbeds have wool blankets as well as cotton blankets and cotton duvets.
