The exterior of the property features a large parking area and a beautiful garden equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, with direct access to the sea. The large veranda and the equipped gazebo are the ideal places for outdoor lunches and dinners, lulled by the gentle waves of the sea. There is also an external porch equipped with a barbecue. Finally, thanks to its location, the villa is the perfect starting point for visiting numerous tourist destinations such as Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata, or booking a catamaran to spend a half day in Malta.
