Guest access Access to the condominium is controlled, safe and available 24 hours a day, through the main gate, where check-in takes place. Upon arrival, all guests over the age of 5 must purchase a condo ID bracelet, at a one-time cost of $50 MXN per person, valid for the entire stay. This bracelet is mandatory and is part of the internal regulations of the residential complex. Once registered, the doorman will give you the apartment keys, and at the end of the stay, you must return the keys to the same doorman during check-out. The whole process is simple and fast. We will provide you with clear instructions prior to your arrival to make check-in comfortable and hassle-free, regardless of your arrival time. Other things to note Upon entering the unit, a cash payment of $50 MXN per person (from 6 years of age) will be requested for the condominium identification bracelet. This is a one-time payment for the entire stay and is required by the complex's regulations for access and internal control.
