Unique Farm Stay in the Old Orchard

Pippin is a converted horse box and has been refurbished to a high standard, it is designed and equipped with everything you will need for a great escape to relax and unwind. It provides the perfect accommodation to explore the 'most beautiful city' of Bath with its stunning architecture and Hot Springs. The hot tub is available all year round for your exclusive use whilst gazing out through the beautiful valley. The space The ultimate romantic rural retreat idyllically located overlooking the valley and green fields. You may also be lucky enough to see our pedigree Simmental cattle herd in the field next to the box. With a plethora of walks on the doorstep, explore the outdoors and escape from your daily lives in the idyllic haven of Pippin. This is a unique open plan space, double bed with duvets, pillows and sheets. Alongside this you will find a kitchen which is well equipped with kettle, toaster and even a Nespresso Coffee machine & smoothie maker!!!! The box has its own separate converted smaller horse box which houses the rustic bathroom with belfast sink and rain shower. Outside guests have plenty of open space to relax and soak up the views with your private use of hot tub and gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Please feel free to use the homegrown herbs, fruits and veg depending on time of year. Bath is a 10 minute drive and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Guest access The horsebox is located behind the farm surrounded by countryside with beautiful views through the valley. Access is down the private track of Severcombe Farm and the property has a yard to park for more than 1 car. Access to the horse box is through a wooden gate, with a bridge over a stream, the steps then lead you to the decking area and horse box. The horsebox is for your sole use during your stay. Other things to note Pippin is located off the A367 so slight noise from the traffic may be heard. Sorry but we do not allow pets and please take note that this is a working farm so please be aware of livestock and machinery. Late checkout can be requested if available at £20 per hour.
