The space The apartment is located in an 1800s townhouse in the heart of the village of Dissé-sous-le-Lude next to the church and not far from the community hall (very little used but it can happen). The house consists of 2 apartments. It is 20 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 5 minutes from the town of Lude where you will find several supermarkets and shops as well as the castle. This is an old house that we renovated in 2023 (the facade has not yet been renovated). We decorated it with an animal theme. The apartment consists of: - on the ground floor, a living room with sofa and TV, a dining room and an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and Senseo coffee maker), coffee and tea are available. - on the 1st floor are - a first bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and an 80 x 190 extra bed (the black bedroom), - a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (the blue bedroom is more suitable for children as it is further away from the stairs) - the bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. For some, the staircase may seem steep. We provide the linens, and towels. We offer as a new concept the choice of decoration for the rooms to be indicated to us when you book (if you book less than 72 hours before your arrival, it will be a random decoration) among the list of the following animals: - polar bear, - brown bear, - red panda, - cheetah, - lion, - giraffe, - hippo, - rhino, - meerkat, - black panther, - tiger, - white tiger, - elephant. Check-in will be carried out independently via a key box. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival as well as the Youtube link for the video with the apartment instructions. You can park in the parking lot in front of the church. Due to the stairs to access the bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities.
