It is just a 5-minute walk from the marina where you can admire a beautiful sunset with the possibility of many entertainment venues of all kinds. Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., but it will be necessary to agree. The space The 45 sqm apartment is composed as follows: - Kitchen equipped with 4 burners, oven, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and cookware of any kind offering the possibility to prepare meals according to your tastes as at home. There is a fridge with freezer, and in the corner under the stairs there is a cabinet and the presence of a coffee maker that will allow you to start the day at your best. - Living area with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa that will turn into a full-size sofa bed, smart TV, split A/C, wardrobe and shoe rack. - Lofted double bedroom in parquet, with chest of drawers, bedside tables, portable air conditioning and small window. - Toilet equipped with toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and soaps. - Balcony with small sea view and the possibility to hang your clothes. - Services included: unlimited WIFI with super fiber that covers the entire apartment, towels and bed linens included. It is just a 5-minute walk from the port and then from the landing of the Madonna dei Martiri (patron saint's feast) thus avoiding moving by car. Guest access The apartment is only at your disposal and will make your stay unique, making you feel at home. It is located in a historic building on the second floor without an elevator, so it is not recommended for children or for those with reduced mobility. Other things to note The apartment is thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant products, ensuring maximum hygienic and health safety. At check-in, all guests will be required to present their ID and/or passport and sign a tourist rental agreement in accordance with Italian law.
