Welcome to our peaceful holiday home, an oasis of privacy and tranquility immersed in nature. Located on a fully fenced plot with private parking and exclusive outdoor spaces, the house guarantees complete privacy and peace for our guests. The house offers a perfect blend of peace and accessibility. While you enjoy the tranquility of nature, lively coastal destinations such as Split and Omis are a short drive away, allowing you to easily combine relaxation with exciting excursions and days on the beach. The space Our vacation home is perfect for families or groups and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, TV and air conditioning, so everyone has their own peace and comfort. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed in the spacious living room with a large TV. There is also an additional toilet in the hallway for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine, and next to it there is a bright dining room ideal for shared meals. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron, so you can feel at home. Outside there is a covered terrace with comfortable seats and a coffee table, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Particularly noteworthy is the private heated pool, surrounded by a large terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Next to the pool there is a large table with chairs, a mini kitchen, a barbecue, a TV, an outdoor shower and a toilet. For fun and socializing, there is a children's playground, trampoline, table tennis, darts and board games: everything you need for a carefree family vacation. A high chair is available and a crib can be provided upon request. Guest access Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available to guests within the fenced plot. Air conditioning is in every bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, so you will feel comfortable throughout your stay. Other things to note The facility is equipped with external security cameras that cover the entrance and part of the courtyard/pool, exclusively for the safety of the facility and guests. The cameras do not record indoor spaces and can be temporarily turned off during the stay at the guest's request.
