Large shed adjoining house for kit & drying. Great base for exploring Snowdonia (Eryri). Yr Wyddfa/Llanberis - 10 mins drive/30 mins walk, ZipWorld - 15 mins drive. 5 mins walk to picturesque Llyn Padarn for watersports/swimming. Caernarfon, Bangor, attractions & beaches close by. Good village cafe. Llanberis pubs/restaurants nearby The space Lounge / diner with mountain views. Inglenook fireplace with multifuel stove. Two sofas, dining table seats six. Further inglenook fireplace in dining area. Large smart TV. Games and books available. Small, well equiped kitchen. Steps down from kitchen to lounge diner. Understairs cupboard. Three bedrooms - one double and the bunk room have mountain views to the front, the other double has views to the rear of a hillside with woodland. Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Bathroom with large shower. New electric boiler housed in bathroom cupboard. Storage available in bathroom cupboard. Large lockable shed with washing machine, tumble dryer and heated drying rack. Useful to store kit including paddleboards, kayaks and for drying waterproofs and wetsuits. Bench seating to the front of the property with mountain views. Picnic benches in the gravelled area to the side of the house with mountain views. Barbeque and chiminea / fire pit (stored in shed). Guest access Guests have sole use of the whole house. Other things to note Parking is on the quiet village road just below the house - 1 minute walk. The alternative is on a grassy area near a metal shed that belongs to the house - 2 minutes walk. Vehicles can be taken up the tarmaced track to the house to unload / load luggage. The house is at the top of a hill on a shared water supply. If all the houses are using water at the same time there can be a water pressure issue in the house, such as for the shower. A low pressure shower is fitted but at times of heavy water use this may not operate at full capacity. In those cases, leave for a short time until the water demand has decreased. Please leave thr house I'm a neat and tidy condition. Please strip the beds upon departure abd put used bedding and towels in the laundry bags provided. Some foodstuffs are left for emergencies in case guests need something on arrival that they have forgotten. Guests are requested to only use small amounts or need to replace items if they use the majority of that item so that they are available for the next guests. Candles are left for use in a power cut only.
