If you want to have the entire house to yourself and your group, kindly message us first for a quote. Room 1 is good for five heads only, as the sleeping arrangement is 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and extra foam mattresses. This room is ideal for groups and families, as it has its own bathroom and living room. This is an AC room with clothing storage provided. Free Wi-Fi on site as well as free drinking water. Basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, and towel) are also provided. Guests can still bring and cook their own food in our common kitchen. Additionally, late check out is not permitted (this is to make sure that we have ample time to clean the property until the next guest's arrival). A late payment fee of Php 1,000.00 will be applied for departures after the designated check-out time.
