The closeness to Bergebo and Gyllbergen cross-country ski resort. A big nice house that is newly built in 2016. Large nice living areas both on the ground floor and on the upper floor. Bottom floor: Common room/TV room, bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower and sauna (the sauna is currently out of order), laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying rack), kitchen with adjoining dining area. Upper level: 3 bedrooms (one double bed, 2 140-cm beds), living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Note: Bed linen & towels are not supplied in the price. We offer bed linen & towels for a smaller fee per person. Please contact us well in advance if you need it. An extra mattress is available if desired. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the garden and the hot tub. But not the garage. Other things to note The house is to be left cleaned. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning fee: If you do not have the place cleaned, or if you would like it cleaned, we charge a fee of SEK 1,500.
