Welcome to our comfortable and spacious house, located in Seine Marne, which will offer you the calm of the countryside, to spend a peaceful stay with family, friends or to work remotely in the countryside. The house has 6 bedrooms each equipped with a desk and has a large garden: outsite furnitures, deckchairs and outdoor games are at your disposal. The space Come and discover the Clos des Hirondelles with its panoramic view of the Lunain valley. This 1960s house renovated in 2019 can accommodate 12 people. It will seduce you with its openings onto nature, its view of the forest and its large enclosed garden. 2km away, there is a bakery and 10km away are all the necessary shops (supermarket, pharmacy, press, butcher, restaurants...). Many activities are available in the surroundings, horse riding, kayaking, climbing (Fontainebleau) and walks in the surrounding fields. Le Clos has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with office (working remotely possible, wifi), 1 bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with offices, 1 dormitory with 4 single beds and a master suite with shower room, as well as a shower room and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, the very bright living room has a television and wifi and opens onto the large terrace with a view of the countryside. Deckchairs, swings, and games await you to relax in the 2200m2 garden. Why did we call this house, the "Clos des Hirondelles"? Each year, the swallows (a protected species) come back to rebuild their nests here. This symbolizes for us what this house is: a little paradise where we like to meet with our friends and our family every year. Guest access 1 hour from Paris via the A6 or accessible by train from Gare de Lyon (train and bus with the Navigo pass). Free parking (up to 5 cars) on the property. From the Clos des Hirondelles, walks and bike rides directly on hiking trails. Other things to note We provide our guests with everything they need to start their stay, namely: 3 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel & soap, salt and pepper, household products, 1 garbage bag, tea & coffee. Towels and sheets are available on request. Also available: outdoor games and games for children. No smoking in the house. Prohibition of making fires outside (legislation in force) Very quiet village, organization of parties prohibited without the agreement of the owner. Stove usable in winter.
