New to air BNB this lovely modern home offers 1 or 2 rooms to rent. The property is currently being redecorated and new furniture is being selected to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space As you pull up to this modern property there is parking for 2 cars – each Air BNB room will have use of 1 parking space. As you enter the property there is an entrance hall with WC, a modern kitchen with all appliances and then through to the lounge/Diner. All shared. The first floor is for our Air BNB Guests, there are two good sized bedrooms both with double beds, wardrobes and side tables – they can be booked as one bedroom or to have the use of both, please message for pricing and availability. There is also the shared bathroom featuring a four piece bath and shower suite. On the second floor is the third bedroom and En-suite for the owners use. The Quiet shared garden is south facing and has use of outdoor furniture, BBQ, Lazy spa and ping pong table. (Please message if you would like use of the Lazy spa so we can ensure its at the perfect temperature for your stay). Guest access Guest will have access to the entire ground floor including the kitchen, WC, Lounge/Diner and Garden. The Middle floor is for guests and the bathroom will be for your use only. The top floor is for the hosts only. During your stay We both work full time but will accommodate any help as much as we can during your stay.
