Petros Luxury Traditional House is located in Karefiliana, a picturesque Settlement in Chania in the Crete Region of Greece. It combines a traditional design with modern amenities such as air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor jacuzzi. A family run accommodation, where guests can relax and enjoy the unspoilt west part of Chania. Ideal base for visiting the famous beaches of West Crete, Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi. The space This house can host up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room with a fireplace. The two bedrooms include double size beds and the third one includes a single size bed. All the electrical devices are provided, like iron, hair dryer, washing machine, satellite TV, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen boiler, fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave stove and air conditioner. There is free Wi-Fi and there is hot water from solar water heater all day long. The house has two floors. Upstairs there is a large balcony with wonderful sea view and downstairs a large courtyard with private outdoor jacuzzi and a shower, sunbeds and table with chairs. Even the parking which is across the small country lane belongs to the house property and has free access for our guests. Other things to note In less than 5 minutes away, by car, you can find supermarket, bakery, gas stations and famous traditional taverns such as "Gramvousa Restaurant" (2.5km) and "Erofili Tavern" (1.4km). Karefiliana village is no more than 10 minutes away from Kissamos where you can find pharmacies and the Health Center.
