Villa Elsa is in Rosolina Mare, a peninsula in the extreme north of the Po Delta Park, characterized by a large pine and holm oak forest and a fine sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea. The structure is on the seafront, very convenient for services, the beach is about 150 meters away and can be reached with a short walk. The apartments on the first and attic floors have a view of the beach. From the house you can easily reach the shopping area, the amusement park and the evening events. For guests it is possible, through the owner, to ask for the availability of beach stations at the nearest beach with a discounted price. In addition to the beach, it is possible to visit the Botanical Garden of Porto Caleri, the mouth of the Adige river with the panoramic tower, both reachable on foot from the beach or by bicycle.
