Newly refurbished room close to Amsterdam

Everything you want to explore is accessible and easy to reach from this place. The space We have been blessed with this big beautiful none smoking house in zaandam. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, 1 living room, and a kitchen. We have completed the hallway and recently finished renovating the very beautiful, positive, and bright attic room. Which you can see in the pictures And would now like to rent it out to very nice guests. We are still in the process of refurbishing the rest of the house, which is why we offer this room at a reasonable price. It is perfect for people travelling alone or couples who want to go and visit Amsterdam or the famous windmills of zaandam. This house is NOT a party house. However, we are very open to the idea that a lot of guests are coming here to have a good time. And as long as everyone is respecting the house and other guests without causing any issues. The new room is beautiful and bright with big windows and a double bed with very positive energy. It is a 10-minute walk to the centre of zaandam, which is where a lot of guests like to visit when visiting Amsterdam. From there you have regular trains to Amsterdam and also there are bus stops within 5 minutes walk from the house as well as free parking right outside. My 2 friends work 6 days a week in the centre of Amsterdam, and both cycle 25min to the ndsm, then get a free ferry across to Amsterdam Central. If this is something you would like to do, then I can only recommend it. Me myself I also work a lot, but I will try my best to be available to you as much as possible. The kitchen is not accessible but we can always organise a kettle in your room so you can make yourself tea or coffee throughout the day. We also have a foster dog who lives in the house, but you never get to see him as he does not have access to the guest rooms. We also have bicycles available at 10euro per day however I.would kindly ask you to let me know it advance so we can reserve them for you as we currently have more guests than bicycles. check-in times are firm. If you can not make the times, please do not book or check with me first as I work nights. if you ignore check-in times, we have the right to cancel or charge for late check-in. Thank you. Guest access Space available 1 shared bathroom and Your own private room During your stay I'm always available on my mobile Other things to note We have one dog living with us who is very well-behaved, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide accommodation to other guests with dogs as he does not get on with them. For guests who are afraid of dogs, don't worry he will not be sharing the space with you. We also take a 20 euros deposit for the room key and front door key. This will be returned to you once the keys are returned to us. Thank you. I dont mind making a small exception for people arriving at different times for check in however we are not accepting check Inn after 9 pm. Due to having many check-ins on the same day, in other areas of Amsterdam, it is VERY IMPORTANT that check out is no later than 10 am as we must get the rooms cleaned on time for our next guests.
