The cabin sits on 3.6 acres alongside route 219. It's a stream front property of the Rocky Run stream with the fork of the West Branch of the Clarion River just below. Both Rocky Run and the West Branch provide excellent trout fishing throughout the seasons. Rocky Run Hideaway is within minutes from an abundance of excellent hunting, fishing, wineries, restaurants, and recreational activities. This cabin features 2 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a queen bed sleeping 2 guests. The guest bedroom sleeps 3, having a double bed on bottom with a single bunk on top. The loft will sleep 5 guests featuring a twin bunk, a single bed, and a double. In the living area, a extra wide recliner (great to sleep on), 2 sofas. Pack n play available upon request. Guests will have access to the cabin with a keypad. The basement or underneath the cabin will not be accessible. If needed, guests can contact the host if there are any questions or issues through their stay. The host will provide the keycode to the rental. Host also provides a list of nearby attractions, restaurants, state parks, wineries, etc. to help guests enjoy their stay to the fullest extent. The neighborhood is quiet especially if you go for a short walk or bike ride on Horner Rd. Rocky Run provides great fishing in peak months and directly downstream is the West Branch of the Clarion River. Horner Road is quiet and little traffic , great for walking and bicycling. Within minutes travel to an abundance of local attractions Parking at the cabin can accommodate multiple vehicles as needed. Horner road is quiet and great to walk your dog or take a stroll with your friends or family. Don't be surprised at the wildlife you might see. There are often turkey or deer crossing the road! Please be aware that the cabin sits alongside route 219. You will hear tractor trailers during the day but it's gets quieter towards the evening.
