Welcome to our stunning Airbnb home in the beautiful coastal city of Norrtälje, the capital of the Swedish archipelago. Our newly developed villa neighborhood is located just 200m from the ocean and nature reserves with trails and campfire places, and only 1.5km from the city center with walking paths along the seaside all the way in. Our spacious 160 SQM modern house, finished in 2022, boasts top-of-the-line interior and plenty of open spaces for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Our 160 SQM home is a newly developed villa located in a friendly neighborhood that is just 200 meters away from the ocean, nature reserves, and walking trails. It is a perfect place for anyone looking for a tranquil and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location of our home is perfect for those who love outdoor activities. There are plenty of running trails along the seaside, and nature reserves filled with trails and campfire places. You can also take a stroll to the city center, which is just 1.5 km away, and enjoy the beautiful seaside views along the way. The bus stop is only 150 meters from the house, making it easy to explore the area. Our home is perfect for families with kids, as there is a small football field just 100 meters from the house where your children can play and enjoy some outdoor activities. There is also plenty of space in our garden for outdoor games and recreation. Our garage features a power rack/CrossFit rack, dumbbells up to 24 kg, a barbell with weights up to 100 kg, and a rowing machine, which makes it perfect for those who love to keep fit and stay active. Our house features an open living room and dining room with an impressive 7-meter ceiling height that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is also a TV room with a 68" TV and access to various channels, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and C-more. Our home has three large bedrooms with comfortable beds, including one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two single beds. There is also a shower room with a washer and tumbler and two toilets and one bathroom, providing a total of two showers and two toilets. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare advanced dinners, and our pantry items and spices are free to use for our guests. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or relax in the comfortable sofa area. We are Matilda and Johannes, and we live in Norrtälje with our kids, Eddie and Smilla, and our little dog, Jackson. We are two energy-filled souls who love projects and architecture, and we are always working on something new. Currently, we are working on our new project, which is a summer house retreat located 20 minutes' drive away from our home. During periods, especially in the summer or when we have rental guests, we live at our summer house. In other words, you are renting our home, and we welcome you with joy. We are keen to make our guests feel at home and are more than happy to help you out with tips and recommendations on what to do in Roslagen. Norrtälje and Roslagen are rich in history and have plenty of things to do and see. You can take a stroll in the city center and explore the historical buildings, or you can visit the nearby Vaxholm fortress, which dates back to the 16th century. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, such as hiking, kayaking, and fishing.
