At the heart of Le Marais, our 3-bedroom flat will be the cozy cocoon for your Parisian trip. Occupying the entierety of the last two floors of a XVIIe buidling, the flat provides 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and a large open dining room & living room (50m²) on the second floor which leads to a 14m² terrace looking full West. If it's too cold or too rainy to enjoy the terrace... Don't worry, you can enjoy the working fireplace :). The space This is truly our own flat, it's not your usual Airbnb :). We love it very much and we have given it all the attention we could, so we hope you'll love it too ! In the master bedroom (20m²) you can enjoy a queen size bed (160x200) with a very comfy 30cm mattress. Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom with its large bathtub. An opportunity for a long nice bath with candles after (or before!) a walking day in Paris ! The cosy second bedroom (11m2) is equipped with a 140x190 bed, with 30cm mattress as well and is right next the second bathroom. The third bedroom features a large sofabed (140x190) with 14cm mattress and a desk. So it can be a bedroom of its own, or a working space (or both ^^). It has ample light during the day. To us, the best part of the flat is of course on the upper floor (50m2)! This is where you'll discover the large dining-room, with its well-equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee machine, Thermomix, 4-doors fridge etc) & the luminous living-room with a comfortable sofa that can turn into a 160x200 bed, a 55" TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, & the best features... the terrace & the fireplace! The 14m2 terrace looks full West towards the Business District of Paris. You'll see the Tour Eiffel on your left, Montmartre on your right, lit at night. It's the ideal place to take your coffee in the morning, your lunch or your diner in the day & share a cocktail at night. Other things to note The flat is located on the 5th floor of our building.
