The apartment is very bright and has spectacular views, thanks to its amazing location, at the top of the only historic building around the main square of Pietrasanta with large windows on three sides. Located in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta, casa Michelangelo offers exclusive access to one of the most charming villages in Tuscany. This apartment of 1500 square feet has recently been renovated is situated on the top floor of the historic building from the 1500s. The space The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The entrance leads to a very large living room with high ceilings, which is tastefully furnished and includes a sofa bed. From the living room and internal wooden staircase leads to the loft where a quiet study/office area has been created. The kitchen is very large and bright and includes all modern appliances and a generous dining area with a table for 8 people. In the sleeping area, there are two spacious double bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet and the possibility to add a crib and/or a cot. The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom id divided into 2 rooms with an entrance area decorated with colourful marbles and a main bathroom featuring a large corner bathtub decorated with local marbles and a separate generous shower. The second bathroom is also spacious and has a shower and is located adjacent to the sleeping area. The apartment has also a convenient and fully equipped laundry room and a wood burning over with barbecue. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation and they can arrive directly at the entrance door, entering from Piazza Crispi towards Via Stagio Stagi 1, only on the following days and times: Every day except Thursday morning (due to the weekly market) from 7:30 to 10:00 and from 15:30 to 16:30. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the top floor of the historic building where Michelangelo Buonarroti signed the first contract for the marbles of the facade of San Lorenzo in Florence on March 10th 1518 as remembered by the historic plaque above the main entrance.
