Very nice apartment in the heart of Playa del ingles and Maspalomas. It's on a 7 floor with a beautiful sea view, and on a beach Playa del ingles. The apartment has everything to enjoy in your vacation. Beach Playa del ingles is 5 min walking. Restaurants, bars, and shops are in a 50-meter away. Jumbo centar 10 min walk, Amadores beach 20km, airport 25km away from the apartment. All year,nice and sunny weather, with temperatures around 25 Celsius. Swimming pool all year long. Private parking! The space The apartment has a bedroom connected with the living room like on pictures, full kitchen and full bathroom. The apartment is air-conditioned. It has a small sofa bed, a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking, making coffee, toast, fridge, and microwave.
