A: This early 20th century construction is located in the main Antigua protected area. One block away from Hotel Convento Santo Domingo and 4 blocks away from central park. Q: How do I check in? A: Easily! 24 hour self-check in wit autonomus entry. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! You are in the middle of Antigua. Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Comfy bedroom with Therapedic™ queen and single size beds, hotel quality linen, comfy work space, WIFI, 55 inch TV, Netflix. Living room with cozy sofa and a 6 pax dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with Nescafe Coffee Maker! Q: Bathroom… explain! A: Two full bathroom with shower, hair dryer and 100% cotton towels. Hot water & toiletries at your disposal. Q: Can I wash my clothes? A: Yes! We have a fully equipped laundry with washing, drying and ironing machine. Q: Do you provide basic cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials? A: Yes, we provide a -starting kit- of basic cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials for your convenience during your stay. If you require additional items, feel free to bring your own. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 3 or Checkout later than 12? A: We will do our best. Please check with us first, it depends upon availability and our next/earlier guests. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: YES, we can do long term rentals. Price depends on length of stay & availability. Weekly or monthly rate can be slightly reduced compared to the daily rate. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if that works for us. Q: Smoking? A: On the patio only & please be responsible. Absolutely no drugs in our place! Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties at the property so the other guests/neighbors can rest. Q: Parking? A: Yes, we have a reduced rate with a neighboring parking lot. Availabilty will depend upon arrival. You can park up to a maximum of 2 vehicles at a reduced rate. Parking is private, with 24 hour security and service. The special rate is Q 75 from 1 pm to 1 pm.
