Please note no EV Charging, but nearby available. The space This cozy chalet is located on a private lot in a residential neighborhood. You will have the space to yourself. The loft upstairs is open to the kitchen/living room below, and is great for the youngsters. No EV charging available in home. Guest access You will have access to the home and yard. Other things to note Kings Beach is a quiet residential neighborhood where neighbors are friends. We also have bears as neighbors. Don't be alarmed since they will not hurt humans - they are looking for your trash, so please make sure it is locked up. Do not leave food in your car! Please add all guests including children to the reservation. We charge additional for more than 2 guests. We do not allow pets due to allergies.
