Story Hill Bungalow is in a great location! Walk to American Family Field (15 min) or hop on a shuttle from the local bars just a few blocks away. It's only a 7 minute drive to Fiserv forum and close to all downtown Milwaukee has to offer like Summerfest and the Harley-Davidson Museum. Story Hill neighborhood is a charming area with homes built in the 1930's with amazing character. This character includes beautiful woodworking and hardwood floors throughout that squeak in areas! 3 Spacious bedrooms with 2 king beds, one queen and a 4th smaller bedroom with just a twin bed off the kitchen. One of those nice big bedrooms with king bed is in the basement where there is a half bathroom! queen size pull out in the living room We ask the guests don't go into the unfinished walk up attic and there are a few locked closets in the basement for owner use. Other things to note: This house is on a busier street and near a freeway. There is a possibility of street noise. You will have a flight of stairs to ascend before reaching the ground level of the house About the Space: The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 twin. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. The Kitchen was just renovated and has a Keurig for coffee and everything you need for general cooking. The Full bathroom is also on this level. The dining room between the kitchen and living room seats 6-8 people comfortably and flows nicely into the living room In the basement you will find an additional bedroom with King bed, a half bath, and a rec room that is a great hang out place in bad weather or with a larger group (8 max). Large patio in the back of the house to enjoy the outdoors. Cornhole and Beer Pong game available! Please note: -We take extra care with cleaning using hot water to sanitize all sheets; we thoroughly clean the bathroom and all other surfaces. -The house is not wheelchair accessible and has approximately 5 stairs to get to the main level from the driveway. It could be difficult for an elderly person or someone physically challenged. Please note there are at least 4 stairs to get up to the main level.
