Relax with your family at the Sea Watch condominium with spectacular ocean and bay views. Unit 814 can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, den and kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and DirecTV, laundry and conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores, retail shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor pool and toddler pool, arcade, playground, movie theater, tennis/pickleball, basketball and volleyball court. Full week rentals June- August. The space We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 – families only! No high school groups, no party groups, no exceptions. Renter will need to provide driver’s license for ID and age verification to security when checking in. No smoking or vaping in condo. No pets permitted. Violations of any of these rules will lead to charges and eviction without refund. We provide towels, bed linens, complimentary hand soaps and complimentary toilet paper to get your vacation started. Sea Watch does not supply paper products, so if additional products are needed, there is a grocery store 2 blocks up the street. There are beach chairs and a broom and dustpan in the laundry room. Guest access Renters have access to all of the amenities provided by the Sea Watch, which include, indoor and outdoor pools, arcade, movie theater, saunas, basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, billiards room and playground. Renters must have the black recreational tags on their person when using these areas. Other things to note Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card per rental stay for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. Additional spaces may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost of $75 cash or credit card; however this excludes the week of the 4th of July. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. There are no parking options to park oversized vehicles. Bumper extended luggage carriers and other extension apparatus must be removed and there is no place to store them. There are 2 car charging stations for electric vehicles. Registration Details 86171
