It's conveniently located approx. 2 miles from the Jaguars stadium, Daily's Place Amphitheater, Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena, and 121 Financial Ballpark (home of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp). Centrally located in the city, it's just 13 miles from the JAX airport, 18 miles to the beach, and 19 miles to Mayo Clinic. The closet at the bottom of the stairwell is a common space that will only be accessed by the owner or co-host. On the exterior of the house is a camera that records 24/7 and is monitored.
