A spacious non smoking home with a beautiful well lit deck with a nice smoking area there,a spacious kitchen that comes with dishwasher,microwave,garbage disp,coffee maker etc a work area space ,,This house is located in old town Ferguson 2 blocks away from Ferguson festival also 10 minutes away from the airport an 15 mins to downtown St.Louis This location is also 5-10 mins away from all major highways 270/70/170 .there is also a train that comes by during the day/night,read rules b4 booking. The space The driveway only fits up to 4 standard size vehicles depending on the size an certain way to park,do not park on neighbors property… Guest access All Other things to note Anything broken or stolen is your responsibility as the renter an will be charged full price! Adults please don’t book Airbnb for kids to have parties here an leave them ! Parties aren’t allowed at all/But adult 30 of age an up Gatherings (family) are ..an must be approved by myself first ! If u bring children when visiting they aren’t to be left alone in the home ! Also safety code only allows up to 15 ppl per household visit ,,but will only sleeps up to 6 ppl,any additional people is a violation an will be charged accordingly $50 per person,,please no hanging out or smoking on the front of the residence,or sleeping on the furniture,this Airbnb is for traveling family an traveling workers needing a safe comfortable place to rest an enjoy themselves.please check out on time at 11am or there will be $50 late fee per 30 mins inconvenience…check in at 3pm..also please message me before booking to make sure I accept or if early check in is available for you ,,I’m also on Vrbo.Thank you ..
