Description
Welcome to Lakebay Getaway! Our Nordic-inspired cabin is the perfect escape for anyone seeking a fun and relaxing time in nature. Located on 6+ acres of forested land, staying at the cabin feels like you’re at your own little mountain retreat, even though you’re close to town and plenty of other things to explore. We’ve designed our cabin to be cozy and inviting, the kind of place you go to reflect, get lost in a book, or reconnect with friends and family. We hope we can host you soon! The space Inside the cabin, you'll find three bedrooms, each with plush bedding and cozy furnishing to ensure a great night's sleep. The fourth room is a semi-open workspace and reading nook. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, large windows that let in lots of natural light, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to socialize. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining table has seating for six. Upstairs, a second living area invites you sprawl out on incredibly comfortable, large couches, a couple bean bags, or even cozy up on the plush rug while watching movies and shows on the 75-inch TV. Outside, you'll find a large deck with seating around a fire pit table, a grill, and another seating area around an outdoor dining table. It’s a perfect deck for enjoying meals and taking in the beauty of the surrounding area, especially in the warm summer months. If you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of hiking trails nearby, as well as quick access to explore the Olympic National Forest, Gig Harbor (only 25 minutes away) or Penrose State Park. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a fun escape with friends, Lakebay Getaway is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin, deck, fire pit, and the property. Other things to note The cabin sits on a private 6+ acres at the top of a hill, which means the driveway to get up is a little steep. While we’ve yet to find a car that can't make it up, cars with really low clearance might have a harder time when they first turn onto the driveway from the road.
