One bedroom has a king bed and the other two twin beds. There is also a comfy couch for fitting one more person in the unit. I also provide a pack-and-play that converts to a crib to accommodate an infant. The place is a spacious, newly renovated, private walk-out basement apartment with tons of natural light. The house sits on 12 acres of heaven. Your door faces Signal Knob and amazing sunsets. Let the kids run and play on the sprawling property while you enjoy glass of wine and peace and quiet of the country. Guest access There is a lockbox next to your entrance that gives access to the entire private apartment. An outdoor seating area next to your entrance in the side garden is provided for you to enjoy the sunsets. You're welcome to walk the property including checking out the pond located just past the barn. Catch and release fishing allowed if you bring your own equipment! Other things to note Given the sprawl of the property, and rural nature of this house, expect a VERY quiet stay. Super safe area and lots of room to play outside-away from any traffic. Feel free to bring bicycles, drones, fishing poles or just your favorite bottle of wine for relaxing under the stars. There are very few outdoor lights on the property so the night sky is AMAZING. I run a dirt bike training school out of the barn and in the hay field on some weekends March-July 4th, and Sept-Nov. I would be thrilled to have your family (or some number of you) jump into a class as well! It's a truly unique activity and you'll create memories and develop skills that last a lifetime!
