The kitchenette features stunning subway tiles and is equipped with stainless steel two door fridge, a convection oven microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker and a butcher block countertop with plenty of cabinet space. This cozy studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed (replaced the uncomfortable pullout couch), and there's even an in-unit laundry for your convenience. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee, and there's plenty of space for you and your furry friend to stretch out and enjoy your stay. Ample parking available both on the street and on the premises, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle. Other things to note This property is on a location with 2 townhouses, each with its own private entrance and individual unit. We are in Salem, NH and Salem, MA is about 40 minutes away depending on traffic. For your comfort, there is window air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. TV's are smart tvs but do not have traditional cable, feel free to log in with your passwords to your favorite streaming services or your cable company's steaming option. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.
