The interior is of contemporary Scandi finishes including quartz countertops, 2-tone kitchen cabinets, soft maple flooring & stainless appliances. The spacious living and dining areas open onto a wide deck overlooking a quiet eastern-facing side yard. The primary suite has a king-size bed, a very generous walk-in closet, double floating vanity, and a giant floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with a separate toilet room. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and also features a walk-in closet. The second bathroom is off the hall & includes a Washer/Dryer. There is a sofa bed in the living area for any additional guests. Access to the building is keyless via keypads for easy access. The project is family owned and operated.
