The space Aqua Vista is close to a swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, and restaurant, all on the Holly Lake Ranch property, and available to you as our guests. Other fun activities such as tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and disc golf available. Within a short drive, you can go antique exploring in Mineola and Gladewater, and for those who love flea markets, Canton is a once-a-month event about one hour away that you won't want to miss. The non-refundable pet fee is $100 per pet. Boat/Jet Skis/Kayaks: Holly Lake Ranch allows for any watercraft to be used on Lake Greenbriar. At the security gate, the ranch will charge a fee of $100/day PER watercraft. This fee is paid directly to Holly Lake Ranch as you enter.
