The other 2 bedrooms are better insulated from traffic noise, as they face the interior of the townhome complex. BE PATIENT FOR THE HOT WATER: The water heater is tankless and only heats water when it detects that you have turned on the fixture. Then it takes time for the hot water to flow through the length of the plumbing to get to the sink or shower. You will experience it as a delay that can take a couple minutes if it has not been used for several hours. Just open the valve and check your social media while you wait.
