Please note: this listing is for a private room with a private bathroom in a shared house with the host. Access to the rest of the house and its facilities is unavailable. Rest your head in this spacious and comfortable space. Perfect for individual travellers or couples, work and leisure stays. Whether you’re staying for a night, weekend or even a week we look forward to making your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The space You will have access to a double bedroom that over looks the back garden. You also have full and private access to the fully equipped bathroom, located next to the bedroom where you can make use of the toilet, sink, bath with shower and toiletries. In the bedroom you have access to wardrobe space, an iron, small ironing board, a small tv, everything you need to make tea, coffee or hot chocolate, a small selection of biscuits and fresh towels. Guest access Guests do NOT have access to the rest of the house including the living room, kitchen and back garden. There is space for two cars on the private drive, one of which is designated for air BnB guests so please feel free to use it. There is also plenty of on street parking. During your stay You will either be met at the property by your host, Jackie or one of her daughters. On occasions where you are not greeted by the host you can access a secure key lock to gain access to the property and your host will introduce herself and make sure everything is to your liking on her return. Other things to note We try to provide as much of what you might need to make your stay comfy and convenient. If there’s anything you need we will always do our best to help you, within reason. There are lots of places near by to grab snacks, drinks or takeaway food. There are also a selection of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus stop located at the end of the street that takes you directly into the town centre within 15-20 minutes. Here you can use links to access other parts of the city such as the bay.
