All-year-round magical wooden beach house in Beddingestrand, set in a wildflower garden just 100m from the sea and nature reserve. Bright and spacious, sleeps 4 and has a well-equipped kitchen for cosy cooking together. 1 min to the beach and 5 min to golf. Perfect for summer outdoor living or cosy winter days by the fire. Embrace simple seaside life—read, write, draw, swim or walk. Watch rabbits, squirrels, birds, and deer wander by. This is a house to relax in. Close to popular eatery Pärlan. The space The house is light-filled, homey, and full of inherited artefacts, reflecting the family’s connection to Beddinge, where they have spent summers for over 60 years. It’s a lovely space in the summer, but equally warm and inviting in winter, with excellent insulation, a log-burning stove, and plenty of hot water. Downstairs features bright, open-plan living with a well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, and a cozy window lounge with Swedish and English books. The kitchen is a wonderful space for cooking together, with a choice of a small breakfast table or a large dining table for up to 8. You can also relax or dine in the garden room during warmer months. Upstairs has a double and two single bedrooms, all with balcony doors with sea views—wake to the sound of the sea. (Stairs may be tricky for toddlers.) Dedicated workstation upstairs with printer. Summer garden offers multiple seating areas. Two bathrooms: Downstairs with shower, WC, sink, washer/dryer; upstairs with shower, WC, sink. The house is inspired by Austrian-Swedish textile designer and architect Josef Frank, who came to Sweden just before World War II. An artist and designer herself, the owner has created a personal and distinctive interior aesthetic. Guest access Unique early 13.00 check in and same time for check out, so that you can make the most of your stay. During your stay you have the main house of 100 sq meters and large garden to your self. Easy self check in. Details will be sent before arrival. (There is a small studio at the back of the garden that we keep locked - but no one will be there when the house is rented ) Other things to note If you’re the active type, there’s plenty to do nearby: an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts (summer only), and crazy/mini golf just a 5-minute walk away.
