Layover at the Lake is a third-floor walk up decked out with Regency style plus Hollywood glamour and is the perfect place to come stay and play in Moses Lake! Layover at the Lake is waterfront and steps away from great dinning, biking /walking paths and easy freeway access. We have pool and lake amenities for all of our guests to use too! The space We love Moses Lake and we know you will too. One of the things we like to remind our guests about is that the condominium building was built in 1992. Our condo is completely renovated but please keep in mind the hallways of the building have a more 'dated' feel. Guest access Entire condo and common areas. Please be courteous to residents by following posted rules and quiet hours. Other things to note If bringing a boat or ATV trailer, please park on the street. Parking lot has a maximum of two vehicles per reservation.
